How Our Solution Works
1. Suspicious Activity: Would-be thief approaches closed checkout lane with hand-held shopping basket containing valuable merchandise.
2. Closed Lane Breakaway Device: Closed checkout lane is sealed off when Wren's CLD breakaway device.
3. Built-In Alarm: Once the clasp is separated, the Closed Lane Deterrent (CLD) Device emits a blaring alarm, indicating the lane has been breached.
4. Apprehension: Audible alarm alerts security and personnel for possible apprehension and prosecution of shoplifters.
